Moving to Norway
Moving abroad is never easy, so in order to be well prepared:
- Plan to move at the end of a school year or during holiday so that your children can have some time to settle in before starting school.
- Try to involve all the family in the moving to Norway and let the children help pack their own belongings. When you arrive in Norway, let the children decorate their own room.
- Always indicate the contents of every box on the top and side. Talk to your mover about the order in which your belongings will be loaded and unloaded. Think about what you will need as soon as you arrive.
